Lee is a leadership coach, strategist, and spiritual guide with over 25 years of global experience serving mission-driven leaders and organizations. As the founder of Imago Leadership Consulting, he draws from a rich background in executive leadership, cross-cultural engagement, and spiritual formation to help leadership teams grow in trust, clarity, and lasting impact. Lee’s work integrates practical strategy with deep theological reflection, offering a distinct approach rooted in the way of Jesus. His Leadership-in-Community framework helps leaders cultivate healthy team dynamics, shared vision, and adaptive capacity in complex times.
